Refund Policy

We want you to be able to evaluate SaveXTube Desktop before purchasing. A free download is available before purchase.

14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the app does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue. Include your order email and a short description of the problem.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not available for requests made after 14 days, repeated refund requests, purchases made in error after the app has been used successfully, or failures caused by unsupported third-party sites, changed platform rules, or a user’s network or device configuration.

How to request a refund

Contact support@savextube.app. If your purchase was processed by our merchant-of-record provider, that provider may process the refund and will confirm the result by email.
